Every Ooni pizza oven includes our industry-leading 5-Year Extended Warranty covering manufacturing defects and component failures.
Warranty claims should be submitted through our customer service portal with photos and purchase information. We'll provide repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
